Exchange and Return Conditions

To qualify for an exchange or return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. The invoice must be provided at the time of the return pickup. Products that have been used will not be eligible for exchange or return.

Exchanges and returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or defective.
• The wrong item was delivered.
• The product was not sealed properly upon delivery.
• The product has expired by the time of delivery.

If your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup from the same address where the item was delivered. You will be notified of the scheduled pickup date.

For exchanges, the replacement product will be delivered within 3-5 days after the return pickup is completed.

If there is any delivery-related issue, please contact us within 48 hours after the order is marked as delivered.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations will only be accepted if the product has not yet been shipped. If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund for the order.

Swacch Naturals reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, informational mistakes, or issues with the personal/financial details provided.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
